Delivery
- Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days to main centres. Outlying areas may take a little longer.
- Express delivery (1 to 2 working days) is available at checkout for main centres.
- Free standard delivery applies to orders over the amount shown in our announcement bar.
- Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day once payment has reflected.
- You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.
Returns
We want you to love your order. If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
- Handbags must be unused, with all tags, dust bags and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, perfumes and makeup can only be returned if they are sealed and unopened.
- Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in full, including delivery costs, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
How to return
Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will send you return instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the item.
